About Monterey Bay Caterers
Wedding Packages.

Average Event Costs
The catering is often the biggest cost of a Wedding
Costs will differ based on your specific event
The bid will include food, labor and equipment
For a full service event including food, non-alcoholic beverages, Staff and rentals average costs range from $50.00-$100.00 per head

Food Cost
Appetizer: $3.00-$10.00 for a cocktail hour prior to a meal
Buffets: $10.00-$25.00
Sit Down: $12.50-$30.00
Station Buffets $15.00-$30.00
All Prices are per person and are subject to labor, equipment charges, plus 18% service charge and sales tax.

Beverages
Are charged on consumption prices range $1.50-$5.00 per drink.

Staffing
Catering Staff will be billed on an hourly basis
Staff rates range from $20.00-$50.00hr. As a general rule We need 1 staff for every 15-50 guests depending on the style of service and location of event.

Equipment
We offer everything from paper and plastic to full high-end china/glassware a variety of chairs, tables, canopies, etc… We own lots of our own equipment We also work with local rental companies
