Appetizers
California Display
A generous display of fresh cut fruits, chilled Veggie assortment and gourmet cheeses, complimented with dips, and sliced baguettes.
Corralitos Sausage Display
Chicken Santa Fe and traditional Kobasica sausages from the Corralitos Smoke House barbecued cut bite-size served warm, with two types of mustard
Buffet
Baby Field Greens
An organic baby lettuce mixture served Au Natural with House Vinaigrette
and Ranch Dressing on the side.
California Vegetable Display
Our Chef will select fresh vegetables from California’s bountiful produce and
prepare them in a variety of chilled styles for your guests to select from.
Tortellini Pasta Salad
Tortellini Pasta cooked Al Dente’ chilled then tossed with fresh vegetable
garnished, in a basil-garlic mayonnaise dressing.
Oven Roast Potatoes
Selection of White, Red and Yukon Gold Potatoes,
Cut and tossed with whole Garlic Cloves and Sweet Onions,
Then oven roasted finished with Fresh Parsley.

Monterey Bay Salmon
Top Quality Sustainable Salmon fillets
Cut portion size with our House Seasoning
Charbroiled served Au Natural garnished with Citrus Wedges.
Sirloin Roasts
We take Choice Tri Tips and age for 48 hrs.
with our House Seasoning and Fresh Garlic
then they are charbroiled and carved to order
for your guests by our Uniformed Chef
Both of the above Entrée’s will be served with Options of:
Salsa Fresca and Roast Garlic Mayonnaise.
The Buffet will be complimented with MBC Famous Wheat Rolls and Creamery Butter, tastefully garnished with fresh fruits and vegetables.
